These policies are in compliance with the law, and any deviation from them will result in a refusal of service.

At no time will Nuvyx, its employees, or agents provide explicit or implicit information regarding human use of any research chemical. Any inquiries related to human ingestion of these products will not be answered, except in the form of a refusal of service letter.

By purchasing from Nuvyx, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher. The chemicals sold are intended solely for agricultural, laboratory, or scientific research by qualified individuals.

Refusal of Service Notification

Any communication indicating the intention to misuse Nuvyx’s products will be answered with a refusal of service notification. Nuvyx maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding any deviation from these guidelines.

These chemicals are not intended to be drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical preparations as defined by United States law. Any attempt to use these chemicals in such a manner will result in immediate termination of service.
