1. Use of Products

5. Payment Processing

  • e-Check/ACH payments must be made payable to Nuvyx Labs.

  • Payments authorized after 11 P.M. Eastern Time will be applied the next business day.

  • Once payment is authorized, no changes or corrections can be made.

  • We recommend printing a copy of the authorization for your records.

6. Website Use

Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the Nuvyx Labs Privacy Policy. You are prohibited from:

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in New Jersey, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to participate in a class action or a class-wide arbitration.

12. Compliance with Laws

13. Shipping and Returns
